 nel posto che è illustrato nella foto che vi sto postando, vivono un sacco di ragazzi, e ragazze, volenterosi, che hanno studiato, per le loro capacità, meriterebbero di meglio. rispetto alle alternative che vengono offerte li. devo dire che la scelta non è tanto ampia, dopo che si sono fatti un mazzo così per prendersi il cosiddetto pezzo di carta, finiscono o ad un call centre, o ad aprirsi qualcosa, in cui guadagnano solo per versarlo allo stato in tasse. senza poi togliere che i ricercatori dell'università sono sotto pagati, allora è una conseguenza, logica, che un ragazzo, prende la decisione, molto sofferta di lasciare il suo posto natale, per cercare lidi migliori. non possiamo andare avanti così. perchè in questo modo quando i ragazzi migliori, saranno andati tutti via, di questo paese non resterà un granchè. ma il cambiamento deve partire da dove le leggi partono.

La chemioterapia usata da decenni per combattere il cancro in realta’ puo’ stimolare, nelle cellule sane circostanti, la secrezione di una proteina che sostiene la crescita e rende ‘immune’ il tumore a ulteriori trattamenti. La scoperta, “del tutto inattesa”, e’ stata pubblicata sulla rivista Nature ed’ e’ frutto di uno studio statunitense sulle cellule del cancro alla prostata tesa ad accertare come mai queste ultime siano cosi’ difficili da eliminare nel corpo umano mentre sono estremamente facili da uccidere in laboratorio.

TESSUTI DI PAZIENTI - Sono stati analizzatigli effetti di un tipo di chemioterapia su tessuti raccolti da pazienti affetti da tumore alla prostata. Sono state scoperte “evidenti danni nel Dna” nelle cellule sane intorno all’area colpita dal cancro. Queste ultime producevano quantita’ maggiori della proteina WNT16B che favorisce la sopravvivenza delle cellule tumorali.

L’AUMENTO - La scoperta che “l’aumento della WNT16B…interagisce con le vicine cellule tumorali facendole crescere, propagare e, piu’ importante di tutto, resistere ai successivi trattamenti anti-tumorali…era del tutto inattesa”, ha spiegato il co-autore della ricerca Peter Nelson del Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center di Seattle nello stato di Washington La novita’ conferma tra l’altro un elemento noto da tempi tra gli oncologi: i tumori rispondono bene alle prime chemio salvo poi ricrescere rapidamente e sviluppando una resistenza maggiore ad ulteriori trattamenti chemioterapoci. Un dato dimostrato dalla percentuale di riproduzione delle cellule tumorali tra i vari trattamenti.

I NOSTRI RISULTATI - “I nostri risultati indicano che il danno nelle cellule benigne puo direttamente contribuire a rafforzare la crescita ‘cinetica’ del cancro”, si legge nello studio che, hanno spiegato i ricercatori, ha trovato conferma anche nei tumori al seno e alle ovaie Ma la scoperta potrebbe aprire la strada allo sviluppo di un trattamento che non produca questo dannoso effetto collaterale della chemioterapia: “Per esempio un anticorpo alla WNT16B, assunto durante alla chemio, potrebbe migliorane la risposa uccidendo piu’ cellule tumorali. In alternativa si potrebbero ridurre le dosi della chemio”. (AGI)

Un nuovo studio pubblicato su Nature, scopre uno dei possibili meccanismi della “chemioresistenza” (uno dei principali ostacoli all’efficacia della chemioterapia in certe forme di cancro avanzato conosciuto da anni). Sono i fibroblasti che circondano i tumore che sviluppano una proteina (la WNT16B) che favorisce la resistenza delle cellule tumorali alla terapia. E’ un ulteriore piccolo passo che aiuterà lo sviluppo di terapie sempre più mirate.

About me I don't miss this feature, you talk about perfect integration with the students, I will be perfectly integrated, even with American teaching methods, in the website they mention that there are thirty days before going to work at school, meanwhile you can ask for, insurance and social security card,  in the website they talk about an interview with one of  their officials, and that school will provide at the house, is indicated in website that i will be ready to go also in schools of rural areas for me is ok, the fares between VISA and insurance, I have read that are just few hundred dollars, then, money are not a problem, So tell me, how do I to take the teaching certification, what are the necessary documents to begin this path. friends from the states, they told me that there is demand for education throughout all the country. waiting your kind reply, I send my best regards
